Most advisors help founders with pieces of the private equity process. Very few understand the whole game — because they haven't lived it.

PE Insiders was built by operators — people who've run businesses, evaluated opportunities alongside PE partners, and sat in the room for investment decisions. That's different from advising from the outside. We understand how a PE firm actually thinks because we've worked alongside them directly, and we understand the founder's side because we've lived it ourselves.
